Who We Are

Welcome! I am Molly Oklobzija. I am a licensed K-12 Reading Specialist and will complete an associate level of certification in teaching using the Orton Gillingham Method in July, 2026. I am a teacher of students with diagnosed dyslexia at a program called the Christopher Center Pathways Program at St. Paul Academy and Summit School in St. Paul, MN. I have been working in the field of reading intervention for 18 years. I live in White Bear Lake with my family.

Evaluation and testing

The Structured Literacy Collective is licensed to provide different literacy assessments for families looking for more information about their students’ literacy needs.

Assessment options available:

  • Dyslexia Screening (NOT diagnostic testing, this can only be confirmed by neuro-psychological testing)

  • Grade-Level equivalent reading ability assessments (QRI, CORE, assessments connected to LETRS)

  • Writing Fluency Assessments

  • Additional Assessments may be available on request. Reach out to Molly Oklobzija for more information.

1:1 Tutoring Program

The Structured Literacy Collective is licensed to deliver 1:1 tutoring. The required minimum of tutoring time is 2 times/ week for 45 minutes each session. The better option is 2-3 times/week for 45-60 minutes each session. The best results will come from 3 tutoring sessions/ week for 60 minutes each. For all of the tutoring options, a student will show the most progress by completing all home learning given by the tutor and reading 20 minutes every day.
